Originally conceived in 2009 and launched in 2011, the Fieend brand has varied widely in concepts over the years. Fieend first started as a price comparison search engine. After a little while, we asked ourselves one burning question: Does the world really need another price comparison site? You have Google Shopping, Amazon, and a bunch of other websites that do a great job, so we knew our answer was no. Other ideas came, and we subsequently blew them all off.
Finally, after many ideas and much haranguing, we settled on this final version: Fieend.com is a place where people passionate about a wide variety of topics can read our thoughts, and share their own. We created this site in order to facilitate communication and share experience so that others can learn, and welcome the input of others. We will encourage fan participation and interaction, and strive to provide the best content possible (as well as a few dudes and some contributors can, right?)
